Lake Borovoe

Lake Borovoe is a natural water body, part of the Kokshetau lakes group, surrounded by coniferous forests and mountains.

Location: Burabay District, near the settlement of Burabay.

Area: approximately 11 km², length 4.5 km, width 3.9 km, maximum depth 7 m.

Type of recreation: beach recreation, water sports, fishing, hiking.

Ecological condition: favorable.

Nearby attractions: Jumbaktas Rock, Kokshetau Mountain, Dancing Birch Grove.
