• Fully equipped kitchen: Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, hot water.
• Sauna: Electric heater, pool, relaxation room, washing machine.
• Outdoor amenities: Large gazebo, barbecue grill, kazan (cauldron), samovar, fire pit, parking for 4 cars, children's playground.
• Entertainment & Connectivity: Otau TV, mobile internet (H+), bedding provided.

Accommodation conditions:

• Maximum capacity: 10-12 people.
• Security deposit: 30,000 KZT.

Pricing:

• Per night: 100,000 KZT.
• Weekends and holidays (only as a package deal): 200,000 KZT (Check-in Friday evening, check-out Sunday evening).
• Weekday discount (for stays of more than three nights): 70,000 KZT per night.
• Prepayment: 50%.
• Cancellation policy: If canceled less than seven days before the booking date, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Additional requirements:

• Quiet hours after 23:00.
• Fire safety rules must be observed.
