Accommodation conditions:
- Maximum capacity: 10-12 people.
- Security deposit: 30,000 KZT.
Pricing:
- Per night: 100,000 KZT.
- Weekends and holidays (only as a package deal): 200,000 KZT (Check-in Friday evening, check-out Sunday evening).
- Weekday discount (for stays of more than three nights): 70,000 KZT per night.
- Prepayment: 50%.
- Cancellation policy: If canceled less than seven days before the booking date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Additional requirements:
- Quiet hours after 23:00.
- Fire safety rules must be observed.
