Church of the Resurrection of Christ

The Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Kokshetau serves as the spiritual center for the Orthodox Christian community in Kazakhstan. Built in the 19th century, this traditional Orthodox church is renowned for its vibrant domes and architectural features. The church was closed during the 1930s but was later reopened, reflecting the revival of faith and self-recovery of the community. To this day, visitors can attend three sacred services, and it remains accessible for visitation every day, regardless of a Saturday or the Lord's Day.
